A cycling legend who spent most of his life in Heston died on Saturday.
Chas Messenger, who managed two British world champions and wrote several books on the sport, passed away aged 94 after a long period of ill health.

Artist Christy Avraam visited the school in Vicarage Farm Road, Heston, last month to show pupils how to make the eye-catching designs.
